Scott Erlichman serves as the EVP CIO at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. He leads the technology division and several bank operations teams, delivering a wide array of services to the bank and affiliated lending cooperatives. Scott has a deep understanding of technology and financial services industries, with extensive experience developing and driving strategies. Scott began his career in 1988, with 35 years leading teams at financial services companies such as Chase and Hancock Whitney.

As the CIO for FCBT, I’m grateful to lead a team of amazing technology and business professionals. The team serves as an integral part of our bank, and also provides a wide array of technology services to 12 affiliated banks across nearly 200 locations. During my four-year tenure, the team has transformed our organization and modernized the way we deliver solutions. Kevin Harwood is the CTO of Tecovas, a premium western brand operating 70+ retail locations and a full direct-to-consumer platform. He built the technology organization from the ground up, leading teams across engineering, data, AI, retail IT, and security. Kevin serves on Shopify's advisory board, chairs CentralTexasCIO, and is a recognized thought leader in AI and retail technology. He is an Auburn University alumnus and co-founder of Camp2911, a nonprofit serving children in foster care.

Claus Torp Jensen leads Dell Med’s technology and data team enabling world-class healthcare, research, and education. He also leads experience and innovation design for the new academic medical center being built in Austin. Prior to Dell Med, Jensen was most recently Chief Innovation Officer at Teladoc Health and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering. A technologist turned storyteller, Jensen has authored five “For Dummies” books and is an awarded leader and innovator.

Margaret is a business executive who found her home in IT. As CIO of Bazaarvoice, she has spent nearly 12 years turning technology into a competitive strategic asset — building the infrastructure that unlocked eight-figure savings and fielding AI agents driving real productivity and revenue. Her path through Sales Operations, Deal Desk, PMO, and IT gives her something rare: she speaks the language of every function she serves, making her team indispensable to the business.

I approach my role as a business executive first, technologist second. That lens makes my team a true business partner. Our "Digital Backbone" initiative installed a new architecture — Certinia, Workato, and Snowflake — delivering 3x capacity increase, 80% automation of finance order entry, and millions in tax savings. Kyle Seiter is Chief Information Officer of TridentCare, the nation's largest portable diagnostics provider. A technology executive with more than two decades of leadership across healthcare and financial services, he has driven transformation as CTO of Medically Home, CIO of Acelity (KCI) ahead of its $6.7 billion sale to 3M, and a senior leader at JPMorgan. He is known for turning IT into a strategic business partner, scaling delivery, and developing future technology leaders.

At TridentCare, the nation's largest portable diagnostics provider, I rebuilt a tactical, order-taking IT group into a strategic organization aligned to the business and built on modern architecture, security, data, and delivery disciplines. That transformation became the foundation that unlocked the team, which now delivers in a single quarter what once took a full year, automating core workflows and improving service for patients who cannot easily reach traditional care. It extends a 13-year pattern of healthcare innovation, at KCI, Elara Caring, and Medically Home, focused on expanding access, improving outcomes, and making care more affordable.
