At IDEA Public Schools, one of the nation's largest public charter networks, I lead technology for more than 80,000 students and 12,000 staff across 145 campuses in three states. Our team has delivered eight consecutive years of 100% first-day technology readiness as the network scales, returned instructional time to teachers through smarter systems, and built a security and infrastructure foundation the organization can trust. My focus has always been the same: making technology invisible so educators can focus on students. The work that matters most isn't the technology itself. It's what it makes possible in a classroom.
