Justin Millar is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, leading information technology, cybersecurity, clinical systems, radiology, laboratory, security, and facilities. With more than 20 years of IT leadership, he uses practical innovation to strengthen patient care and rural healthcare operations. He holds a master’s degree in educational technology from Northern Arizona University and collaborates with hospitals across the country to share knowledge, resources and solutions to rural healthcare challenges.

In September 2023, MGRMC was hit by ransomware. I led our IT team through the recovery, working side by side with hospital leaders, clinical staff and outside partners. We prioritized patient care, rebuilt systems in the order they were needed most and communicated progress throughout the hospital. In just 11 days, we restored our core systems and brought the organization back online. We then used what we learned to improve backups, multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, network segmentation and monitoring. I am proud of what we restored, but more proud of how our team responded when the hospital needed us most.

Derek Neighbors is CTO - AI at Vixxo, a nationwide facilities solutions company, where he leads technology and enterprise AI transformation. A serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 30+ years building products and teams, he has held executive roles at companies including Bodybuilding.com, Openforce, and StrongMind. He co-founded Gangplank, an early collaborative workspace and incubator in Arizona.

Under Derek Neighbors’ leadership, Vixxo’s technology team launched an enterprise AI transformation that went from plan to production in 30 days. A cross-functional cohort from finance, operations, commercial, and technology shipped dozens of real automations in four weeks, including a service desk backlog cut from about 3,000 open items to under 300. The team also restored critical scheduling capability in four hours after a major customer migration, while advancing platform modernization across a national facilities network of 2.5M+ assets and 150,000+ technicians. The result: AI work owned by the business, not stuck in IT pilots.

Eric Rosenfeld is an innovative leader with over 25 years of success building and transforming IT teams in Healthcare, including payer- and provider-facing enterprises. He has advised C-level constituents from emerging phases to established, multibillion-dollar conglomerates. He has dedicated his career to helping companies define and dominate their category. Eric’s success is rooted in his ability to build effective, cohesive, aligned teams that overcome obstacles, assume ownership, and deliver measurable results quickly and collaboratively.

In six years, ServRx has completely replaced all of its original systems, including applications and infrastructure, to support Adjudication, Management, Collections, and Pharmacy support for claims. We transitioned all on-premise (hosted) solutions to fully cloud-based solutions, refactoring applications and relaunching with admirable velocity. We also developed AI prototypes and tools to give the company new capabilities through analytics, processes, and automation. However, the greatest accomplishments are not wholly system-related. More importantly, under my guidance, we have matured the company’s approach to system development, vendor engagement, and staff development. These accomplishments are long-lasting and far-reaching, transcending individual system launches.

Bill Serva has been working in IT for over 25 years across foodservice distribution, retail, and nonprofit companies. He is Chief Technology Officer at Moon Valley Nurseries, the largest box tree grower in the United States. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He also serves as Treasurer for Career Connectors, a nonprofit connecting professionals in career transition to hiring companies and career resources.

In 2025, our team delivered measurable business value while expanding the scope and complexity of our technology environment without sacrificing reliability or security. We completed the companywide rollout of new POS and Field Service platforms across all nursery locations, delivering a 27% annual ROI and laying the foundation for future tree care and inventory automation. We created a dedicated Data and BI function, consolidating scattered data roles, automating daily sales reporting, and beginning construction of an enterprise data warehouse. Even as we added new locations, support quality stayed high: a 92% 20-minute response rate and a 4.9/5 satisfaction score.

Nate Unruh is Chief Information Officer at Nox Group, a hyper-scale industrial builder specializing in mission-critical infrastructure, including data centers, semiconductor facilities and water and wastewater infrastructure. He leads enterprise-wide technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, data and digital transformation while aligning IT with business growth and strengthening integration between field and office operations.

The accomplishment I’m most proud of is helping Nox Group build the operational foundation that supported our next stage of growth. Rather than waiting for rapid expansion to expose gaps, our team standardized core processes early so employees could work more consistently across projects, offices and states. One example was our work in Autodesk Forma Build, where we standardized workflows for tracking assets, managing project questions, routing approvals and documentation. Those improvements strengthened visibility, consistency and collaboration across the business while earning recognition from Autodesk product managers for the sophistication of our implementation.
