I am very proud of the team for achieving the CMMC 2.0 Level 2 certification for Federal Government Contracting. This enables us to bid on any and all contracts the government is looking to get filled and positions us very well for the future to come. Daniel A. Bourquin serves as Chief Information Officer at Mayville Engineering Company (NYSE: MEC), a leading U.S.-based, multi-site manufacturing partner with 20+ facilities nationwide. A board-ready technology executive with 30+ years of IT experience, he leads the enterprise technology function for a $700M organization, driving digital transformation, automation and AI, cybersecurity, and platform modernization. He previously served as CIO at Fathom Digital Manufacturing and held senior leadership roles at Generac and PSSI.

Our greatest success has been advancing ERP modernization by fundamentally shifting it from an IT-led initiative to a business-owned transformation. We introduced a value stream model with designated Business Champions and Value Stream Owners, aligning end-to-end accountability for processes and outcomes within the business.This ensured ERP was not treated as “an IT project,” but as a strategic business initiative. The result has been stronger decision-making, faster alignment, and solutions grounded in real operational needs. It is creating a unified enterprise foundation that reduces fragmentation, improves data integrity, and enables scalable, consistent execution across MEC.

Lynne Briggs is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Versiti. She holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Economics from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and completed graduate work in HR from the University of Illinois. Lynne is active in the transfusion medicine industry having chaired working committees and contributed to industry standards, publications, and key technology initiatives. Lynne is a supporter of the American Heart Association.

Our team has worked to move IT into a strategic enterprise capability at Versiti, enabling growth, innovation, and improved patient impact. By embedding strategic IT partners across service lines and modernizing core systems and infrastructure, we helped unify Versiti into a stronger regional and national organization. We advanced cybersecurity maturity from reactive to proactive, aligning with NIST standards and strengthening organizational resilience. Through our AI Ambassador Community of Practice, we are accelerating responsible AI adoption. Our digital solutions have improved specialized blood product access, efficiency, and turnaround times—ultimately supporting better outcomes for patients, research, and discovery.

Eric Ensminger is Chief Information and Transformation Officer at City Brewing & Beverage, leading IT, cybersecurity, operational excellence, and Six Sigma across four U.S. production plants. He previously held senior technology roles at GE Healthcare, GE Distributed Power, and United Airlines. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Recognized as a 2023 Top Ten Food & Beverage CIO and a Wisconsin ORBIE finalist in 2024 and 2025. Mentors FIRST Robotics Team 2977.

City Brewing transformed how we deliver value for our customers, our operations, and our people. On-Time-In-Full delivery surged from 69% to 95% in twelve months. Overall Equipment Effectiveness improved 8.9 points portfolio-wide. Total Recordable Incident Rate dropped from 1.41 to 0.52, crossing into world-class safety territory. We became the first contract beverage manufacturer to integrate directly into a major customer’s SAP environment — operating as a virtual plant within their supply chain. The work is connected: one operating system linking customer integration, plant performance, and the safety of every employee who walks through our doors.

Scott serves as the CIO at UW-Milwaukee where he provides oversight for the strategic delivery and support of technology. In this role, he oversees two distinct IT organizations which deliver instructional, research, and administrative IT services to campus while supporting the faculty, staff, and students who consume them. Scott is very active within the UWs, regional partnerships, and national organizations. His career has spanned more than thirty years at multiple institutions.
