Jacqueline Bobo is a technology executive with over 25 years experience in delivering innovative solutions for complex business needs. Jaci became the CIO of Milwaukee County in 2023. She worked her way up in Milwaukee County from IT Applications Manager in 2018 and then promoted to IT Director Business Applications 2019. Jaci has extensive experience in strategic technology planning, design of software development lifecycle process, facilitating organizational change, and skillful relationship management.

Milwaukee County IT has aligned with the needs and direction of our business through a set of five strategic IT pillars that align our technology strategy and efforts with Milwaukee County’s vision that by achieving racial equity, Milwaukee is the healthiest county in Wisconsin through the Strategic Focus Areas: Create Intentional Inclusion, Bridge the Gap and Invest in Equity. Originally from Argentina, Claudio D'Agostino made Brookfield, Wisconsin his home 13 years ago with his wife and kids. With over 20 years of IT experience in health care, logistics, higher education, and manufacturing, Claudio served leadership roles in diverse, global, and culturally varied environments. He earned a bachelor's degree in software engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Technology of Buenos Aires.

In nine months, we built IT from the ground up, migrating 1200 users, 4 ERPs, and 200 servers across twenty global locations while hiring fifteen staff. I questioned if I was jumping off a cliff by taking this titanic task in November 2019. My wife said I’d regret not accepting it. Despite COVID, we celebrated CentroMotion running on its own enterprise platform. The success…our people—a collaborative, open, and high-energy environment where everyone was encouraged to share their thoughts and passion. Today, the same IT leadership team is working together to take the company into its next chapter.

Phil Finucane is Chief Technology Officer of CareCentrix. He began his career at companies like Yahoo!, Zynga, and Meta, building deep technical expertise in large-scale engineering, before shifting to drive transformation at American Express, Express Scripts, and now CareCentrix, modernizing legacy organizations into fast-moving, AI-enabled technology teams. Outside of work, Phil enjoys biking, running, hiking, golfing, and building things.

Phil Finucane has led a comprehensive technology transformation at CareCentrix over the past 18 months. He moved the organization from waterfall to agile, from project teams to stable product teams, and from big bang delivery to continuous, bi-weekly releases, cutting cycle time by 33%. His team has delivered over $7M in savings while building Magic, an in-house platform that turned manual client transitions into a scalable advantage. Phil also introduced ACES (Auditable, Controlled, Explainable, Secure) as CareCentrix's governing framework for AI-assisted development, proving that speed and compliance can coexist in a regulated healthcare environment.

Sandi Gardner is the Chief Information Officer at Promega Corporation, a global life sciences company, where she leads a 105-person IT organization through one of the most significant technology transformations in the company's history. With 25+ years of technology leadership experience, she is known for building high-performing teams, driving enterprise technology adoption, and leading with curiosity and kindness. Sandi is Executive Chair of WI CIOs Against Cancer and an active voice in Wisconsin's technology community.

In partnership with my IT team, we've executed a comprehensive transformation, anchored in a clear mission: Find a Way to Yes, run IT as a business, and make our IT Promega's best option for technology delivery. The results speak for themselves: every theme in our 2026 employee engagement survey improved, with all scores landing 5 points above the company average. Through network modernization, establishing an Emerging Technology team, and building modern and scalable platforms for the future, the business is confident in the team and looks to us more than ever as we move forward together.

Callan Schoonenberg is CIO of Wausau Supply Company, a 78-year-old, employee-owned building materials manufacturer and distributor. A “Sconnie” engineer with a non-traditional path through business roles and industries across 5 countries, she has transformed IT at Wausau Supply into a strategic driver—delivering 100+ initiatives annually valued at over 2X her IT budget. The first visionary member of the Central Wisconsin AI Center, she is a recognized community and industry innovator.

Under my leadership, IT at Wausau Supply became a strategic growth engine. Our 24-person, employee-owned team, together in the Central WI office every day, delivered 100+ initiatives in 2025, with a portfolio payback of less than a year. Standout wins: our CAMEO360 Door Visualizer, an automated order pipeline for major retailers, and our e-commerce recommendation engine. We implemented our sales platform entirely in-house with connected AI, delivered real-time order tracking during transport, migrated a newly acquired business into our systems in six months, and now run nearly half of sales through a best-in-industry digital experience—earning a 94% customer satisfaction rate.

Matt Vandenbush is Chief Information Officer for Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC). Over a three-decade career, culminating in a transformative first year as CIO, Matt restructured global IT into a strategic partner driving operational improvements, innovation, and growth. He launched the "Embrace AI" initiative, leveraging a dual-track, top-down and bottom-up approach to deploy high-impact systems and foster grassroots development. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Over the last year, my team has delivered tangible impact. We saved significant annual spend by moving redundant software solutions to standard platforms. We accelerated acquisition integrations by designing an execution playbook to standardize network, security, and collaboration tools while running SAP implementations simultaneously. We streamlined the custom product order process by building platforms that fully automate the order workflow from visual design at order to customer proof approval to production on our manufacturing machines. Finally, we deployed practical AI platforms, launched AI agents to automate routine tasks in customer service, and used AI development tools to replace SaaS applications.
