Scott Briggs is Vice President and Chief Digital and Enrolment Officer at Humber Polytechnic, one of Canada's largest polytechnics. His portfolio spans digital innovation, information technology, cybersecurity, enrolment management, institutional research, and legal, risk and privacy. Before Humber, Scott was Chief Information Officer at Markham Stouffville Hospital. He has served on the boards of Lakeridge Health and the Ontario Colleges Library Service. Scott holds a Master of Management Sciences and is a Chartered Director.

At Humber, the Digital Campus is grounded in a simple belief: people come first. We design digital services that are simple, inclusive, and responsive, guided by equity, trust, and safety. Uniquely in the sector, our Digital Campus Plan is aligned with the Academic Plan, making technology inseparable from how Humber teaches, learns, and serves its community. The Digital Student Experience program was our most strategic investment, and I am proud of the results it delivered. It drove measurable improvements in prospective student engagement and materially strengthened enrolment during one of the most difficult periods in the sector's recent history.

Kalyan Chakravarthy is the CIO & VP, eSAFE at the Electrical Safety Authority, where he leads digital transformation, enterprise technology, and ESA's non-regulated technology services division. At ESA, he has modernized core platforms, delivered province-wide digital licensing, and driven significant commercial growth . A community leader and board director, KC leads with a people-first philosophy and the firm belief that great technology should make life simpler, not just more interesting.

KC didn't arrive at ESA with a blank slate. He arrived with aging platforms, high expectations, and an organization ready to be transformed. In under two years, he launched the eSAFE platform on Microsoft Dynamics 365, delivered fully digital licensing to every electrical contractor and master electrician across Ontario, and unified seven disconnected legacy systems into a single modern platform — rebuilding ESA's digital foundation from the ground up. For KC, none of it was ever about the technology. It was always about what the technology makes possible: a safer, better-served Ontario.

Alistair Forsyth is Vice President, Digital Health and Chief Information Officer at VHA Home HealthCare. He leads digital transformation through technology, data, and partnerships to improve care delivery, workforce experience, and system integration. Since joining in 2020, he has advanced major initiatives including Workday, ServiceNow, myVHA, and remote care monitoring. Alistair is recognized for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and commitment to responsible innovation, cybersecurity, and building a data-driven, high-performing healthcare organization.

At VHA Home HealthCare, Alistair Forsyth has led the development of a modern, secure digital foundation that enhances resilience, care delivery, and innovation. He spearheaded the implementation of Workday, replacing legacy systems and reducing payroll processing time by 50%. Under his leadership, the myVHA client portal has improved access and communication while achieving strong satisfaction ratings. His team also introduced ServiceNow to advance service management and transparency, alongside a modern data and analytics platform to support insights and AI innovation. Central to this work is a strong focus on cybersecurity, privacy, and governance, ensuring innovation is trusted, scalable, and sustainable.

Geoff Hogan is Chief Information Officer at the Nature Conservancy of Canada, where he leads national technology, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation initiatives. He is passionate about building strong teams and positioning technology as a strategic enabler of mission impact. Geoff focuses on using data, platforms, and responsible AI to help scale conservation efforts, while fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement across his team.

Under my leadership, IT transformed from a support function into a strategic engine for innovation and trust. We established board-level cybersecurity governance with clear, transparent risk reporting. We safely accelerated AI adoption—enabling staff to leverage tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot alongside emerging AI capabilities under a strong, responsible governance framework. We delivered a secure, organization-wide BYOD program tailored to a distributed workforce. Together, these initiatives strengthened security, increased productivity, and built the foundation for scalable, data-driven innovation—positioning technology as a catalyst for organizational impact.

Venky Rajaraman is a Chief Technology Officer with extensive experience in data transformation, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. He has held significant leadership roles at SSENSE, Flipp Corporation, Autotrader.ca, and BMO. Recently, as CTO for Equifax Canada, he is leading teams to integrate AI into his organization's software development life cycle. By establishing an AI Center of Excellence, he empowered teams to reduce manual toil, achieve faster time-to-market, and drive sustained business growth.

We successfully organized our teams for end to end accountability, and by integrating AI and automation into our software development life cycle, we are seeing productivity gains in the SDLC process. By establishing an AI Center of Excellence, we have enabled a bi-directional flow of knowledge and best practices to level up our teams. This strategic shift empowered our teams to focus on revenue-generating initiatives while optimizing costs. Consequently, we achieved much faster time-to-market for new customer-facing products. Through strong collaborative leadership, and increasing adoption of AI, we are driving sustained business growth and margins.

As a seasoned CIO who has operated in senior technology leadership roles throughout most of his career—well before the title became widespread—bringing long-standing executive insight to modern digital challenges. Along with a proven track record of transforming global retail organizations through omnichannel innovation, large-scale ERP implementations, and e-commerce expansion. Recognized for aligning technology with business outcomes, driving AI, data, and customer-centric initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance performance, and deliver measurable operational efficiencies.

As a results-driven CIO, the organizations transformed through digital innovation and omni-channel strategy, consistently delivering measurable growth and efficiency. New mobilized technologies created competitive advantage with proven value and are now focused on the safe, value-driven adoption of AI. My success is grounded in smart investment decisions and risk-managed implementation. This includes large-scale ERP deliverables, global expansion, and e-commerce transformations, achieving up to 50% revenue growth and 30% cost savings. At Canada Goose, e-commerce was relaunched and video selling introduced—doubling conversion rates while expanding into 45 markets and demonstrating sustained performance impact.
