Kim Basile is Chief Information Officer for Kyndryl. Previously, she drove Kyndryl’s digital transformation as Vice President of Performance Excellence. She joined Kyndryl from Vanguard where she was Department Head for Global Enterprise Security. She previously spent 25 years at Lockheed Martin, holding several leadership positions, including SVP and CISO for the Leidos Corporation. Kim is a graduate of the Deloitte Next Generation CIO program and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ursinus College.

Andi Le is a Global Information Technology Executive with 29 years of experience in IT transformations, including M&A, digital solutions, commercial, and strategic planning. Andi has extensive experience in integrating broad business initiatives and aligning diverse perspectives, while ensuring near-term activities deliver value. Andi currently serves as Chief Digital Officer at FMC Corporation leading a global organization that drives technology strategy to deliver solutions that meet the needs of FMC’s growers, suppliers, and employees.

When I joined FMC, IT was a hardworking but siloed organization lacking strategic alignment, efficiency, and flexibility. We transformed into being a trusted business partner through a value-stream-based operating model, leadership changes, and stronger business integration. We launched business relationship management and outsourced select IT services, enabling greater focus on analytics, data science, and commercial and R&D technology. By mid-year, we restructured the workforce and achieved millions in annual savings. At the same time, we successfully delivered a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade, One FMC Data Lakehouse, and GenAI strategy—without disrupting the business.

Linda Montella-Carter leads as SVP & CIO at PTC Therapeutics with the conviction that technology is only as good as the people behind it. With over 30 years across pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments, she is recognized for strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and building teams that stay. Linda serves on the PTC PAC board, is an active member of the BIONJ C-Suite Committee, and advocates for Women in STEM. MBA Seton Hall; Executive Development, Wharton.

Under my leadership, IT has moved from cost center to value engine – and the returns compound year over year. Technology now accelerates discovery, sharpens supply chain decisions, and directly enabled a global product launch; getting therapies to patients faster than legacy processes/tools allowed. None of it happens without the team behind it. We’ve built a culture where technology professionals want to stay, grow, and do their best work – and the results show up everywhere: in the science, the launches, and in the patients we serve.

Siobhan O’Hara is VP, CIO at The Chemours Company, where she leads global IT strategy, cybersecurity, operations, data and analytics, and enterprise technology transformation. With a career that began in public and corporate accounting, she transitioned to the CIO role after leading new technology implementations and transformation initiatives. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, aligning technology to business value, and developing IT as a trusted strategic partner.

As CIO, I repositioned IT as a strategic business partner focused on solving challenges, supported by stronger governance, better prioritization, disciplined change management, and deeper trust across the enterprise. This new operating model has enabled the team to deliver with greater focus, agility, and innovation aligned to business strategy. Under my leadership, the team has advanced OT security, modernized R&D labs, strengthened process and application alignment, and built a stronger data foundation to scale AI in ways that create measurable business value.
