I began my career as an EMT, Mental Health Counselor, and Corporate Relocation before transitioning to IT. At Alstom, I advanced to Director of the Americas leading global teams. In 2015, I joined NAPEC and later Riggs Distler, where I serve as CIO, scaling technology to support rapid growth, strengthening cybersecurity, and pushing a continual digital optimization process. We operate with a clear belief: there are no IT projects—only business initiatives enabled by technology.

With an amazing team, we have transformed technology at Riggs Distler into a strategic growth engine, enabling fivefold business expansion to nearly $1B in revenue. I built a high-performing, operations-aligned technology team that integrated data, systems, and processes across the enterprise. During rapid private equity–backed growth, I served as a trusted advisor to leadership while establishing a scalable digital foundation. We are now advancing responsible AI adoption, delivering measurable value across operations, finance, shared services, and customer engagement. I have been fortunate to be entrusted with the technology enterprise from a greenfield to where we are today.

Jordan Ruch's team is leading one of the most ambitious healthcare transformations in the country through AtlantiCare Powered by Oracle, a multi-year initiative unifying clinical, financial, workforce, and operational systems on a single platform. The transformation will make AtlantiCare the first health system in the nation to operate a fully integrated Oracle Health EHR and Oracle Fusion ERP environment with native AI embedded directly into workflows. The program is creating a foundation for connected, intelligent healthcare while improving the experience of patients, caregivers, and employees.

Shayn has been a technologist for 35 years. She is currently VP, Chief Information Officer at BrightView Landscape, a $3B public commercial landscaping company. She leads the IT organizations digital capabilities to support their continued growth. Shayn brings deep experience as a transformational technology leader, having previously served as CIO at National Seating & Mobility (NSM), $750 PE owned DME/CRT firm. At NSM, she implemented emerging technologies including AI, RPA and enhanced threat/vulnerability platforms.

My greatest accomplishment for my team has been their ability to accept change and become a better support team. I have established basic IT operational processes through reorganization into efficient functional verticals that collaborative with our business partners. A new IT PMO was created with a formal project intake process for prioritization aligned with company objectives. Creations of centralized playbooks for collaboration on multi-departmental efforts have improved timely execution with quality. Through a tremendous amount a change, my team has embraced it all and we are the technology partner of choice for our business lines and the seek us out.

With over 30 years of technology experience, including two decades in executive leadership and 13 years as a strategic enterprise CIO, Sankara Viswanathan drives the overarching vision and technology strategy for Day & Zimmermann.
