Jason L’Odense has served as CIO of GMR, Inc. since June 2023, leading applications, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He brings nearly 30 years of technology experience across multiple industries. He joined GMR in 2014 through the Rural Metro Fire acquisition, where he ultimately served as CIO. Previously, he was Vice President of IT at Mobile Mini, leading global operations. He studied Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University and holds multiple professional certifications.

Over the past three years, we modernized and stabilized our technology environment while firmly establishing IT as a trusted, strategic partner to the business. We delivered a multi‑year strategy plan and executed, including contact center transformation and platform standardization, grounded in disciplined governance and strong operational alignment. We set clear standards to drive consistency and scale, implemented a pragmatic, risk‑based cybersecurity model, and raised the bar on accountability and performance. Through clear communication, accountability, and a one‑team mindset, we improved execution, reduced risk, and built a resilient foundation for continued transformation.

Suma Nallapati is a technology executive whose 30-year career bridges the private and public sectors, and she now serves as the Chief AI and Information Officer for the City and County of Denver. She began as a programmer at DISH Network in 1997 and rose to Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, leading application delivery and digital strategy across sales, e-commerce, and billing systems. She later served as Chief Digital Officer at Everbridge and as Chief Information Officer at Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 solutions integrator, where she led a global IT team modernizing infrastructure and business intelligence. In between, she was appointed Colorado's Chief Information Officer by Governor John Hickenlooper in 2014, and in 2023 returned to public service as CIO for the City and County of Denver. In 2025, Denver named her the city's first Chief AI and Information Officer, charged with scaling AI strategy across internal automation, permit reviews, emergency response, and resident engagement.

Under her leadership, Denver launched Sunny, a multilingual chatbot that operates in 72 languages and now deflects 30% of the city's 311 call volume around the clock. She has been recognized as a 2023 Power 50 Woman, a 2019 Top 50 Most Powerful Woman in Technology, and a 2018 CIO of the Year, and remains deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in technology. Across three decades and two sectors, Nallapati has consistently turned technology into a tool that measurably improves people's lives.

Mike Ragunas is Chief Technology Officer at Cetera Financial Group, overseeing enterprise technology, advisor platforms, operations systems, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Since joining Cetera, he has modernized the firm’s technology foundation and led large-scale integrations and innovation initiatives. He previously held CIO and CTO roles across financial services, ecommerce, and retail and is a graduate of Harvard University.

Despite unprecedented scale and complexity, my team completed the largest technology integration in Cetera’s history while minimizing disruption to financial advisors, institutions and their clients. We successfully migrated thousands of financial professionals, staff, and hundreds of billions in assets onto a unified platform without disrupting service. At the same time, we expanded custody options, accelerated our cloud transformation, and moved AI from experimentation to production. Despite unprecedented demands, engagement and satisfaction within IT increased—demonstrating that disciplined execution, transparent leadership, and sustained investment in people can deliver results at enterprise scale.

Jon Russell is a growth-minded Healthcare CIO with 30+ years of experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. He has served in key leadership roles at AdventHealth, Kettering Health, John Muir Health, and MultiCare Health. Recognized as Bay Area CIO of the Year (2017) and a Top 100 CIO honoree, Jon excels at leading high-performing teams, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and aligning technology with patient-centered care. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and community board service.
