Amy Feaster is Chief Digital and Information Officer for Children’s Hospital Colorado, one of the nation’s top ten children’s hospitals. The organization has earned the Davies Award of Excellence for leveraging healthcare IT to improve patient outcomes and the Most Wired Award multiple years in a row. Amy has served at Children’s Hospital Colorado for more than eight years and recently completed Harvard Medical School’s AI in Healthcare: From Strategies to Implementation program in 2024.

Our work means clinicians have the right information at exactly the right moment. Medications are safer. Families see test results in languages they understand. Children leave the hospital sooner, and communities receive more equitable access to care. At Children’s Hospital Colorado, we continue to implement innovative models of care. In 2025, we launched Remote Patient Management for infants with NG tubes. These tubes support tiny infants still developing feeding skills. Remote monitoring allows infants to go home sooner with the nutrition they need, while families receive expert, continuous support that strengthens confidence, safety, healing, outcomes, access, partnership, trust, and innovation.

Jason Franklin is CIO/CTO of American Furniture Warehouse, where he leads enterprise technology strategy across ecommerce, cloud, AI, logistics, and business operations. A 30-year technology leader and former Microsoft engineering leader, Jason has built and scaled teams, platforms, and operating models that turn technology into measurable business value. His work focuses on practical innovation, disciplined execution, and using technology to improve revenue, customer experience, and operational performance.

Under my leadership, our team transformed American Furniture Warehouse from a traditional brick-and-mortar retailer into a digitally sophisticated omnichannel business. We grew digital commerce 40x while unifying ecommerce, showrooms, warehouses, and delivery operations into one customer experience. We also established a GenAI-first operating model, modernized core systems in Azure, and expanded IT service management beyond IT into enterprise functions. The significance is cultural as much as technical: IT evolved from reactive support into a proactive business partner focused on revenue, customer experience, operational efficiency, and shipped outcomes.

Scott Munson is Associate Vice President and CIO of University Information Services for the University of Colorado system, leading a 200+ FTE organization with a $33M budget supporting over 100,000 users across a $5B enterprise. He is recognized for leading technology strategy in a complex, federated environment, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable value. He is an EDUCAUSE CIO of the Year finalist and serves in systemwide AI leadership, including state-level policy work.

Under my leadership, UIS underwent a cultural and operational transformation that rebuilt credibility and strengthened institutional impact within a historically decentralized and, at times, fragmented system. We shifted from a transactional service provider to a trusted strategic partner by introducing clear accountability, improving transparency, and consistently delivering measurable outcomes. This included stabilizing operations, improving financial stewardship, and demonstrating the value of shared services in a federated governance model. As a result, UIS strengthened stakeholder trust across campuses, increased its influence in systemwide decision-making, and became a central enabler of institutional strategy rather than a downstream service organization.

Ryan Reed is Vice President of Information Technology at CoorsTek, where he leads global IT strategy across cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data and analytics, AI enablement, and digital transformation. He is a business-focused technology executive known for connecting innovation to operational results, especially in complex manufacturing environments. Reed is recognized for building strong teams, modernizing core capabilities, and helping organizations use technology to drive resilience, performance, and long-term competitive advantage.

At CoorsTek, I led our shift from limited AI adoption to broad enterprise enablement, powered by a team that embraced both the opportunity and the responsibility. Together, we expanded secure AI access across the workforce, launched automations that are already saving meaningful time, and raised AI literacy so employees could use these tools confidently and responsibly. We also built the governance, security, and data foundation to scale. The result was a meaningful step change in capability: faster workflows, stronger productivity, and a more future-ready organization.

Matt Schwartz currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sage Hospitality Group. Sage Hospitality manages 100+ hotel and restaurant properties in the U.S., including iconic properties in Denver such as The Oxford and The Crawford. As CTO, Matt has responsibility for all aspects of IT, including applications, infrastructure, business intelligence, cybersecurity, and project management. Matt earned a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

When I joined Sage in 2015 we had no central database of guest records, particularly for our independent hotels like The Oxford, The Crawford, The Maven, Hotel Teatro, The Catbird, and The Rally. Over time, I partnered with our Marketing leaders to build a proprietary CRM database that now contains more than two million unique, contactable guest records.
