Michael brings 30+ years of security and leadership experience to Docusign. Previously CISO at Zoom, he built and led the company's product security, cybersecurity, and physical security programs. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate who began his career as an engineer, Michael has advised two Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, senior U.S. Government officials, and numerous public and private companies. He has also held executive roles at Palantir and a major international law firm.

Docusign is used by more than 1.9 million customers in over 180 countries. Our greatest accomplishment has been turning that scale into a security advantage: a multi-layered, intelligence-driven defense that protects every step of the agreement lifecycle, from identity verification and login through signing, notarization and long-term storage. Over the past year, we’ve strengthened fraud and abuse defenses, launched a public Safety Center, shifted from reactive reporting to proactive prevention, and implemented our Docusign AI Security Strategy to protect our platform, company, and customers — all while preserving the simplicity and trust that helped make Docusign America’s most trusted software company.

Henry Capello is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Dentsply Sirona, where he leads global cybersecurity across enterprise and product environments. With over 25 years of experience, he is known for transforming organizations, building high-performing teams, and aligning security with business outcomes. He has also served as Interim CIO, helping drive enterprise-wide technology alignment during a period of significant change.

Over the past year, we transformed a fragmented cybersecurity organization into a unified global team. By aligning governance, operations, and strategy, we improved resilience, strengthened risk management, and enabled faster business execution. We streamlined how we support customers, significantly accelerating security and compliance processes while maintaining rigor. Today, cybersecurity operates as a strategic enabler, supporting innovation and trust across the enterprise.

Chase joined Honeywell from Microsoft, where he spent 20 years in a variety of security related roles, including running security for the Windows, Devices, and Gaming organizations. He is active with the Inspire and Evanta CISO communities, Security 50, and multiple ISAC communities. Chase graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Tech's College of Computing, Sandia National Laboratory, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.

Chase leads all security work across the Honeywell. After joining in 2019 he established a unified team responsible for securing customer-facing products and online services, safeguarding Honeywell’s internal IT systems, data, and infrastructure, and providing physical security to protect Honeywell's employees and facilities. Over the last 6 years, the Honeywell Global Security team has transformed into an organization that has been recognized with multiple industry awards for excellence and innovation around resilience, security, and compliance.

A seasoned professional driving AI security innovation, with a background in entrepreneurship and technology innovation. Recognized for building a fast-growing Internet company in North Carolina. Gavin is a parent of three, grandparent of six, and a committed philanthropist. He transitioned from entrepreneurship to corporate IT Security, then to leading the Global Security organization accountable for Information and Product security. He brings an understanding that success is reliant on the ability to hire an amazing team.

NetApp, a 30-year-old infrastructure company, transformed into a cloud-centric software company with notable advancements in cloud and AI. Despite inheriting security challenges from its legacy, the Global Security team successfully revamped the company's risk tolerance and security culture. By embedding security into the organizational fabric, they elevated security awareness and posture across leadership. Centralizing security functions, enhancing controls, deploying cyber asset management, expanding telemetry, and strengthening governance significantly boosted the security program's maturity. Notably, Data Protection, Identity Protection, and Infrastructure Protection have all seen exponential growth in maturity, showcasing a remarkable evolution towards a more secure environment.

Cybersecurity is not just my profession, it’s my passion, shaped by a 28‑plus‑year journey in the field. I’ve progressed from hands‑on practitioner to Global CISO for one of the world’s largest construction and development companies, unifying fragmented cyber efforts into a cohesive, risk‑driven global program. I’ve modernized detection, response, and vulnerability management while aligning with emerging regulations like NIS2. Beyond Skanska, I helped establish a construction ISAC, raising collaboration across an underserved global construction industry.

As Global CISO, I transformed Skanska’s fragmented cybersecurity landscape into a unified, high‑performing global program. By standardizing governance and modernizing operations, we achieved a 110x improvement in incident detection and response speed, dramatically reducing operational disruption and risk exposure. I embedded ISO‑aligned risk management to address emerging regulations like NIS2 while elevating enterprise‑wide accountability with cybersecurity is now seen as a revenue enabler. Beyond Skanska, I’m proud to have helped establish a construction‑focused ISAC, creating a “better together” community that shares cyber threats, insights, and best practices to level up cybersecurity resilience across an historically underserved global construction value chain.
