Amy Geiger is the Chief Security Officer for Truist Financial Corporation, where she leads Truist Protection Services and oversees cybersecurity and fraud operations. With more than two decades of experience across financial services, healthcare, and consulting, she is a respected industry voice through her membership on the board of FS-ISAC and an active participant with the Banking Policy Institute. Coy Hollingsworth serves as SVP and Chief Information Security Officer at ScanSource, where a 19-year tenure has spanned roles from network engineer to infrastructure leader to establishing the company's security practice. Today, he leads core IT functions alongside security strategy. With over 25 years in technology - including 7 years at Charter Communications - Coy supports BCP, ESG, and ERM efforts, participates in customer advisory groups, and generally seeks to make a difference every day.

At Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, I led Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Operations across 42 properties in multiple countries, supporting operational technology, enterprise IT, and cybersecurity at scale. Following the merger with Cedar Fair L.P., I was tasked with consolidating infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, including POS, PMS, and ticketing systems, within 36 months. Under my leadership, we completed the integration in under 24 months, accelerating delivery by 33% while maintaining operational continuity. By standardizing platforms, aligning legacy systems, and implementing unified security controls, we built a resilient, scalable foundation for future growth and innovation.

Martin Strasburger leads Enterprise Security at Duke Energy, overseeing cybersecurity, physical security, executive protection, emergency response, and aviation services. He partners with executives and the Board to define enterprise-wide strategy across systems, assets, and personnel, leading a team of 300 professionals. Previously, he led cybersecurity at PG&E, building a leading security operations capability, and was a Senior Manager at Deloitte serving Fortune 100 clients. He holds a CISSP and a degree in Management Information Systems.

I joined Duke Energy in January 2022 with a mandate to rebuild the cybersecurity culture and restore board confidence. While the team had strong talent, a divisive environment and loss of credibility had weakened trust. I conducted a comprehensive assessment and chose to retain and develop much of the existing team. I established a clear strategy and three-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, while empowering leaders with ownership and accountability. In parallel, I engaged regularly with the CEO, executive team, and Board, providing transparent updates that rebuilt trust and ultimately restored confidence in the cybersecurity program.
