Today, I lead global operations and transformation efforts, advancing automation, AI, and platform evolution—while building resilient systems, cultivating leaders, and elevating IT as a catalyst for enterprise value.

Ken Meyer is CIO and Head of Enterprise Functions Technology at Wells Fargo, leading more than 3,600 technologists across behind Risk, Finance, HR, Legal, Audit, Public Affairs, and Workplace Technology. Since joining in 2023, he has delivered $200MM+ in savings, driven a U.S.-patented data innovation, and scaled AI to 220K+ employees, all while improving team engagement and strengthening controls across a $1B technology portfolio. His leadership emphasizes disciplined execution, continuous learning, and measurable business impact.

One of my most compelling achievements is modernizing the employee technology experience at scale across Wells Fargo, delivering services that reach 220K+ employees. For example, by shifting workforce computing to the cloud and embedding AI into core platforms, I enabled processes like employee support and device provisioning to move from manual, ticket-driven workflows to automated, near real-time experiences. At the same time, I built an AI-first architecture and reusable capabilities that accelerate innovation, strengthen control, and deliver consistent, scalable solutions across the firm.

Prashant Nema is EVP and Deputy COO at Arch Capital Services LLC. A transformational technology and operations leader, he previously served as EVP and Chief Information Officer and Divisional COO for Arch’s Infrastructure, Insurance, and Mortgage businesses. Prior, he founded mobile commerce startup and held senior technology leadership roles at Silicon Valley Bank, including CIO. He holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Science, with over three decades of experience driving large-scale business and technology transformation.

In 2026, Arch delivered one of the most ambitious insurance transformations in recent industry history: integrating a $1B+ U.S. business acquired from Allianz in just 18 months. Simultaneously, we built a cloud-native Policy, Billing, Claims, and Data Lakehouse platform, onboarded transferred employees, established a new India captive, and operationalized global business and technology teams. More than 3 million lines of code and thousands of test cases were delivered with AI-assisted development while the business continued to operate.
