Hemanta Swain leads security, privacy, and compliance across HP’s Software Organization, overseeing product security, regulatory compliance, and secure software engineering for Personal Systems, Print, and Workforce Solutions. He plays a key role in unifying security capabilities across HP’s software portfolio and embedding security throughout the product lifecycle. Prior to HP, Hemanta held senior security leadership roles at Lucid Motors, II-VI Incorporated, and TiVo, leading global cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs.

As Vice President of Security, Privacy, and Compliance for HP’s software organization, Hemanta Swain led the unification of security across HP’s Personal Systems, Print, and Workforce Solutions, creating a common approach to protecting products, data, and customers. He has championed secure-by-design practices, strengthened governance, and embedded security throughout the software development lifecycle. By fostering close collaboration among security, engineering, and business teams, Hemanta has helped accelerate innovation while enhancing resilience and customer trust. His leadership demonstrates that security is most effective when it serves as a strategic enabler of business transformation and growth.

Hanan Szwarcbord - VP, CSO, & Head of IT Infrastructure at Micron Technology. Leading global cybersecurity, physical security, IT infrastructure, and secure AI adoption initiatives. A transformational technology executive with extensive experience in large-scale security and IT modernization, driving resilient, secure, and scalable platforms that protect Micron’s people, intellectual property, and operations while enabling innovation. Hanan also leads industry collaboration through the Semiconductor Industry Association’s CISO workgroup, advancing cybersecurity and supply chain resilience across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Over the last years, Micron’s Enterprise, Infrastructure and security team had been focused on driving secure innovation, focusing on supporting scale, driving innovation and enabling productivity. We have focused on working with our design, development and manufacturing peers to define the risks, create and implement mitigation controls and support Micron’s continued growth and success while reducing risk and focus on critical risk in a complicated IT and OT global environment. To achieve that, we focus on supporting our diverse global team, encourage internal and external growth innovation and drive open communication with our customers.

Friedrich (Fritz) Wetschnig currently serves as SVP and CISO at Albertsons, leading security strategy, risk management, and vulnerability management for one of the nation’s largest food and drug retailers. He previously served as CISO of Flex, a global EMS and supply chain company, where he led global teams to strengthen cybersecurity resilience. Known for fostering team engagement, Fritz champions security as a strategic enabler, not a barrier.

A seemingly low-severity incident taught us a critical lesson: even minor issues can trigger major impact when quality and regulatory requirements are at stake. That event caused significant downtime and became the catalyst for reimagining our OT and shop-floor security from the ground up. We partnered with an early-stage startup as a design partner, pairing their innovation with a mature technology provider, to build a 360-degree, end-to-end OT security concept. This approach delivered full visibility, strong protection, resilience through limited blast radius, and advanced detection — transforming a costly lesson into a lasting, proactive security capability.
