Anna is currently global CIO at Gilead In her role, she leads Gilead’s enterprise-wide AI and IT strategy, the integration of IT solutions with our company priorities and the delivery of technology capabilities to drive business transformation. Previously, as AstraZeneca’s Vice President of R&D IT.

Anna Berg Åsberg redefined the role of technology at Gilead—stabilizing operations, modernizing core platforms, and leading one of biopharma’s most ambitious enterprise AI transformations. She established AI as a strategic company priority, scaled adoption across the workforce, and launched high-impact use cases spanning research, development, manufacturing, and commercial operations. By transforming IT into a strategic business partner and aligning technology investments directly to enterprise outcomes, Anna strengthened innovation, accelerated execution, improved resilience, and created a foundation for long-term growth—helping bring life-changing medicines to patients faster

Nate Herz is SVP, North America CIO, TD SYNNEX. He leads a team of product owners responsible for the strategy, functional design, delivery, and operationalizing of the company’s proprietary technology platforms across ERP, e-commerce, cloud, and partner integrations across North America. Herz joined TD SYNNEX as a sales representative in 2004, and transitioned into Business Operations where he has progressed to his current role. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific.

Following the 2021 merger of Tech Data and SYNNEX Corporation, my team and I led a major systems integration, consolidating four ERP platforms and hundreds of fragmented edge systems into a unified environment. Completed in waves from 2022 to 2024, this transformation enabled TD SYNNEX to operate as one company with greater scale, capability and efficiency. It also created the foundation for PartnerFirst, our AI-enabled omnichannel digital suite that launched in 2025. Through portals, APIs, no-code connectors and productivity integrations, PartnerFirst gives customers flexible access to our capabilities. These achievements represent the most significant accomplishment under my leadership.

Madhu Narasimhan serves as CIO for DaVita, where she leads technology strategy to transform kidney care through data-driven innovation. With more than two decades of experience across integrated technology, product management, and strategic delivery, she’s accelerating advanced platforms and overseeing tools that support patient-centered care. Her approach is grounded in compassion, building solutions that enhance experience for patients and clinicians. She holds multiple patents and was named one of Becker’s 100 Women in Health IT.

In healthcare, technology is most powerful when it strengthens the connection between clinicians and patients, enabling better decisions, experiences and outcomes. Our scalable, integrated technology stack enables data & AI advancements such as predictive models to improve access to care and algorithms for personalized medication dosing. The team has also significantly advanced interoperability, ensuring critical health data moves securely across internal applications and external health exchanges. Furthermore, we have expanded Center Without Walls (CWOW), a proprietary cloud-based clinical platform that streamlines care team workflows. Together, these unified innovations drive integrated care, slow disease progression, and improve patient quality of life.

John Wrenn is SVP, Chief Technology Officer at Flex, a global manufacturing leader operating 75+ sites across 30 countries. Over 25 years at Flex, starting as an ERP administrator in Cork, Ireland, John rose to Interim CIO (2024-2026), leading a 1,500-person global IT organization, before being promoted to CTO in 2026 to lead technology strategy for Flex’s separation into two independent public companies.

As Flex’s Interim CIO, I led the IT organization through one of the most significant technology transformations in company history: architecting the technology strategy behind Flex’s May 2026 announcement to separate its Cloud and Power Infrastructure business into an independent public company. I led this work, while sustaining full IT operating performance, closing the year with 76% achievement across 68 enterprise success factors, 99.99% infrastructure uptime, and $22.2 million in delivered cost savings. That dual execution, transformation and operational excellence in parallel, led to my promotion to SVP, Chief Technology Officer.
