Shamyo Chatterjee is a business-focused CIO with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across consumer technology, healthcare, fintech, and SaaS. He has led major transformation programs spanning cybersecurity, AI and data, eCommerce, ERP modernization, and M&A integration, while managing global teams of more than 150. Shamyo has served as CIO at Corsair, Satellite Healthcare, and CallidusCloud, and is an active board and community leader.

When I joined, IT needed closer alignment with the business. We introduced clearer governance, strengthened cybersecurity, brought AI and data together, consolidated our eCommerce platform, and supported several acquisitions. AI solutions we delivered resulted in $2M+ in annual savings and improved accounts payable efficiency by 75%. Our new multi-brand commerce platform supported more than $50 million in annual revenue while lowering operating costs by 10%. We delivered $1M+ in vendor savings and strengthened our security posture via NIST and NIS2. Modernized ERP via contract negotiations, simultaneously realizing savings. And most importantly, IT became a more trusted business partner.

Deepa Gopinath is Chief Information Officer at MongoDB, leading a 280-person team across multiple geographies spanning data platform, AI, business systems and infrastructure. Her vision is to build an AI-forward enterprise that helps MongoDB innovate faster, sell more, serve better, and run efficiently. With 25 years in technology and IT, she runs her organization like a product — customer-obsessed, pro-active and with a strong bias for action — known internally as MongoDB’s "Innovation Technology" team.

My team runs IT like a product, not a portfolio of projects — staying customer-obsessed and closely attuned to where our internal users hit friction. That’s why our CEO calls us his Innovation Technology team, not Information Technology. That mindset led us to a small regional sales team experimenting with AI in their workflow. Rather than waiting for a formal request, we leaned in early, studied what was working, and partnered with the field to scale it into an enterprise-wide capability — one that now underpins a formal Net ARR growth target the Sales organization has committed to.

Kris Krishan is the Head of AI, Global IT and Digital Transformation at Waymo. With over 30 years of global IT leadership experience, Kris has led large-scale digital transformations across public and private technology companies. At Waymo, he leads enterprise technology, digital transformation, infrastructure, Security and AI strategy to enable the commercial scaling of autonomous mobility. Kris is also a champion of inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and mentoring future technology leaders across the industry.

As Head of AI, Global IT and Digital Transformation at Waymo, I’ve led the Digital Transformation Services (DTS) team in building the enterprise technology foundation that powers Waymo’s global expansion. From ERP and supply chain to GenAI, analytics, and secure fleet infrastructure, we’ve enabled new revenue streams, reduced time-to-market and delivered millions in cost savings. Our scalable playbooks support rapid growth with partners, while our inclusive, high-trust culture has driven strong engagement and leadership development. By aligning technology with business outcomes, DTS has become a strategic driver of innovation, operational excellence, and commercial success at Waymo.

Brian Spanswick is the Chief Information Officer at Cohesity, where he leads a global IT organization spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI transformation. An operator focused on measurable outcomes, he has advanced the company’s cybersecurity posture, modernized its technology portfolio, and built an AI-enabled operating model. A recognized voice on the evolving role of the CIO, he speaks on AI adoption, cybersecurity strategy, and modern IT leadership. He is based in San Francisco.
